Unraveling the Causes
In this Science Month Celebration we have the theme of Unraveling The Causes, Building Solutions, and empowering science clubbers to action. First of Unraveling the Causes,we can unravel the causes by gathering information that causes bad things that have to do with science. Gathering information is a great way tostart things off by having a group talk and group meetings, then solve them together.
Next,Building the Solution. you can do this by putting your words into action. For example if you had a group talk about cleaning the earth, you should start a fundraising program and actually do the work that you had planned.
Lastly, Empowering Clubbers to Action.You can do this by, when you are have successfully done the work that you have planned ,you have to stand by your word and empower the action that you have started. Keep your word and stay with what you have plannedand keep it strong and alive

Modern Day Hero
Modern Day Hero
Modern day Hero. A modern day hero for me is a person who is willing to give anything and everything and all the time in the world for a person like me. My Modern Hero for me is Teachers. I think that al the teachers in the world are dedicated to what they do. also I think that they are the ones who sacrifices the most just for their students to have a bright future. I admire the way they get up early in the morning just to come and teach us our subjects, I admire how they are willing to take their time off just to help u in a subject that you are suffering in, and if u have family problems at home they also offer that they can be a 2nd mom or dad for u when u are at school and you can go to then for everything that you need. When I grow up I am inspired to become a police officer because police officers are always doing their jobs and keeping the streets of Vigan safe and away from harm

Our Filipino language is one of the most important and unique languages that can be learned. In our country of the Philippines we have many languages but one important and the main language that Filipinos speak is Tagalog. For a foreign person to come to our country and learn the language of the Filipinos, can be easy for the individual, because there are many Filipinos that are great in speaking other languages such as Spanish, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and mostly English. We Filipinos have the ability to learn different languages and still be able to speak our main language that is Tagalog. For a Filipino to go to another country to go work or find a job it is easy for him/her to adapt to the language that they are speaking because we have learned the all the languages that we need at school. So where ever you go never forget what language u speak and when your from.

Reflection
Drugs towards teens.
Teens all over the world have turned into a child of god and into drug addicts. More than half of the worlds teenagers have turned into drugs gangs and violence. drugs that get to the young teens come from all sorts of parts of the world. About 50 of marijuana come from the borders of Mexico. for example compared to Philippines and United States have almost the same percentage of young teenagers that are using drugs or in a gang or fraternity. Starting today we need to do something about the spread of drugs all around the world. Especially if we want to reduce the percentage of the young drug users all around the world.

On Monday President Benigno Aquino delivered his forth State of National Address, when he talked about various issues raging in the Philippines. president Aquino had many things that he said that interested me in wanting to help him out on his quest to help the Philippines on the role of helping Filipinos on wanting to go to school. I want to help him by encouraging students to take things seriously when they have that opportunity to go to school. Also President is adding extra security for our barangays by hiring more police officers. He also talked about helping the needy in delivering and giving the food to eat, also he will sole the problems of floods in Manila and reduce the risks of floods. the last thing i want to talk about is the K-12 program that is being added towards the schools. i am looking forward into the more amount of students entering a job when they get out of high school. I hope that our president does do these things that he says and make a big iprovement in our country that we call the Philippines.

My theme for nutrition month is " eat all you can but stay healthy." Eating healthy is a great practice in being well nourished for your body and mind. It can give you energy throughout the day. You can stay healthy by eating vegetables and fruits that give u the power and energy you need throught the day to stay strong and fit. Eating healthy is the best thing you can do for yourself and your body to stay healthy, so eat all you can but remember always stay healthy.

letter to president
Sir President,
I want to respectfuly say thank you for all you do for us at the Philippines as citezens. I want to acknowladge that you are one of the great leaders in the Philippines today, you have brought us an improving economy that is riseing to a perfect form as well as the other countries around the world. I also want to say thank you for all you do for the schools providing free education at ISNHS for all children a kids all around Ilocos. I hope someday i can be a great leader like you and help out many people in the country. Last of all i want to say keep up the great and fantastic work that you do for our country, and continue keeping our country in a powerful economy.
